A member elect of the State of Osun house of Assembly to represent Ayedaade State constituency Hon. Bayo Olodo has expressed his readiness to prioritize empowerment of his constituents particularly the youths through vocational training and skills acquisition to make them self reliance.
Hon Olodo said this would form part of his focus and core objectives in his legislative duties when inaugurated as member of the 7th Osun State house of Assembly come June 2019.
The Hon. Member elect gave the indication on Monday when he paid a courtesy call on the State Deputy Governor, Mr Benedict Olugboyega Alabi in his office in Osogbo, the state capital.
Hon. Olodo who was accompanied by two of his friends Alhaji Kamar Kunle Oke and Alhaji Idowu Olodolagbala who is the Cheif Executive Officer of Olodolagbala Motors thanked the Osun Deputy Governor, Leaders and members of the APC and the people of Ayedaade State constituency for the support he received from them during the just concluded State House of Assembly Election held on 9th of March 2019 where he emerged the winner as honorable member elect to represent the constituency in the state parliament.
He promised that he would not dissapoint his people but will justify the confidence reposed in him for electing him. He assured them that proper legislations that would further improve the quality of lives of his people would always be initiated.
The State of Osun Deputy Governor Mr Benedict Olugboyega Alabi in his remarks congratulated the Honourable member elect for Ayedaade State constituency Hon. Bayo Olodo for his victory at the last state house of Assembly election.
He implored him to always stick and keep to the electioneering campaign promises to his people as a way to compensate the people of his constituency for the opportunity given him to serve them.
