Obasanjo and the PDP then pressurised the state of Osun for almost three years before Aregbesola got his mandate in 2010. Now, Obasanjo blaming the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. I can say shame on him...
However, Obasanjo still want to have an unction to function in Nigeria democracy without making the used of the real definition of Democracy, that is, government of the people by the people and for the people. He doesn't want any government to succeed because of his own interest. Though, politics is a game of interest, but where interest lies the number lies.
Just few years ago, he champion a coalition called *Coalition for Nigeria Movement, CNM* before he collaborated with *Africa Democratic Congress, ADC.* Now he turned to Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. What a dichotomous statesman.
Nevertheless, the most funny part of his writes is about the Vice President movement from state to state, market to market given token to the small scale businesses called *Trade Money.*
Obasanjo stated that _"Osinbajo would have been impeached and prosecuted for gutting our collective treasury."_ He described the Vice President activities as an embarrassment to the portfolio.
Meanwhile, he also stated in that paper that, *the price of liberty and sustenance of our democracy is eternal vigilance and appropriate reaction to ward off iniquities.* Now, does he really know what he was saying...
Without talking about the video clip of the former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose that loud the secret of wrong deeds of Obasanjo, Obasanjo's regime was the foundation of corruption during his military era in 1979 when the issue of refinery came up. In conclusion, let me advice the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo with his own statement, _*"a judge does not sit in judgement over a case once he or she becomes a cause for controversy or one side in the case that strongly objected to the judge."*_ So, I will like to urge him to go and give himself the rest of mind.
