O’Meal, a good way of showing hard work and commitment in service delivery - Oyetola.
The Governor, state of Osun, His Excellency, Gboyega Oyetola has shown his pleasure to the vendors of home grown food for Osun primary school students tagged; O’Meal Vendors. Governor Oyetola stated this at a meeting organised with the vendors to address some important issues at Ataoja High School, Osogbo, state of Osun.
Governor Oyetola stated that the state will do all in his capacity to re-fertilize the system beyond the present state for the benefit of our children and for the well-being of the vendors. The Governor who was represented by his Deputy, Mr. Gboyega Alabi at the programme charged O'meal vendors to see themselves as ambassadors of the state of virtue -"Iya Omoluabi".
Mr. Oyetola refreshed the hope of the vendors for better service. He said some of the reasons for the establishment of the home grown food for our children is to address low turnout of the pupils in the public school, to balance our children diet and for the state to have a healthy and sharp children for us to have a brighter future. He said this would in turn boost the state and National economy.
Mr Oyetola urged the vendors not to be afraid to advise government on the steps that would help the state and their services, “He said our door is open for you at anytime”. He said so “far, your successful adventure had improved the enrolments of pupils to government schools”.
Also at the parley were APC Women Leader in the State of Osun - Alhaja Kudirat Fakokunde as well as local government women and and other party faithfuls.
