The Deputy Governor State of Osun Mr Benedict Olugboyega Alabi has described Palm Sunday as a reference point for not only Christians but also the entire human race to live a life of passion for others as exemplified by Jesus Christ during his trials on the Cross.
Mr Alabi stated this on Sunday while speaking with newsmen on the significance of Palm Sunday at the Cathedral of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Osogbo shortly after the Palm Sunday service held at the church.
He enjoined people to emulate the exemplary leadership style of Jesus Christ who gave his life on the Cross of Calvary for the emancipation of human race.
