The chairman Irewole North East LCDA, Honourable Adeboye Opeyemi has showered encomiums on Alhaji Multi Abdulazeez Oladejo A.K.A Onimalu, the CEO of Mudet Real Solution Nigerial Limited, popular maker of Kick&Start herbal mixture for having foresightedness to locate one of its kind international standard abattoir in Ikire Land.

Addressing the press on the occasion of official commissioning of the edifice by His Excellency, Mr Gboyega Oyetola, the chairman said the Itesiwaju Int'l Abattoir Market will enhance commercialization in Ikire township as various segments of economy will be involved in which will also create job opportunity for the unemployed.

" With this international abattoir market, ram traders from various cities like Osogbo, Ibadan,Oyo, Ede, Ife etc  will not need to risk their lives to go to north during Ileya festival to procure rams as everything is at their doorsteps in Itesiwaju Int'l Abattoir markets conveniently. It is equipped with state of the art facilities, police post, hospitals etc and the standard hygienic measures observed in International abattoirs in any part of the world will be observed here so as to guarantee the health safety of the consumers."

Inadvertently, Honourable Adeboye said with the establishment of the market, Alhaji Mutiu Oladejo (Onimalu) has opened Irewole North East LCDA landscape to the world and future investors and that he promised his government will work with Alhaji Mutiu Oladejo to see that the economic potentials of the establishment are maximally utilized.

He concluded by praying to God to continue to bless Alhaji Mutiu Oladejo for having the interest of Ikire indigenes at heart to have established the industrial markets while he also urged other future investors especially Ikire Indigenes in diaspora to come and tap into the economic potentials of Ikire Township.

A former youth leader in the main opposition party, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Irewole local Government area of Osun state, Hon Kamarudeen Agbara and hundreds of his followers on Saturday defected to the rulling party All Progressives Congress (APC) in ward 6 Iyana egba Ikire in Irewole local government area. The former PDP Youths Leader who was in the fold of the   defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Action Congress (AC) before joining the opposition (PDP) with his followers were on Saturday received back into the APC during a meeting of the Party members in ward 6, Ikire.
