2. The noisy court decision in circulation is between Akin Ogunbiyi and Adeleke not between APC and Adeleke. Arsenal won't play Man U and expect Barcelona to be the looser.

3. The case in court is an issue of non appearance of Adeleke yet had result because he left school in 1980 but presented 1981 result which is incongruous. If he comes as external student where is the first attempt result?

4. It's the case of having WASSCE when the valid result then was WAEC, that is fallacy of anachronism 🔥. Abortion before pregnancy

5. The case is: he was graded B1, B2 etc when the grading then was A1, A2etc.

6. It's the case of arguments on what constitute having secondary school education or  completion of Secondary school

7. The court decision being shared now is not inter party affairs but PDP intra party issue.

A former youth leader in the main opposition party, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Irewole local Government area of Osun state, Hon Kamarudeen Agbara and hundreds of his followers on Saturday defected to the rulling party All Progressives Congress (APC) in ward 6 Iyana egba Ikire in Irewole local government area. The former PDP Youths Leader who was in the fold of the   defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Action Congress (AC) before joining the opposition (PDP) with his followers were on Saturday received back into the APC during a meeting of the Party members in ward 6, Ikire.
