Governor of the state of Osun Mr Gboyega Oyetola has said that Positions of authority should be seen as a call for patriotism, loyalty, humility, fear of God and selfless service to the people
This observation was made on Tuesday April 9, 2019 while swearing in the new Secretary to the State Government, Prince Wole Oyebamiji, Chief of Staff to the Governor Dr Charles Akinola and Deputy Chief of Staff Hon Abdullah Binuyo.
The Governor referred to the three as the brain box and engine room of the administration adding that they are expected to bring to bear on the workings of the Government, their skills, experience and competence.
Mr Oyetola flanked by his deputy Mr Benedict Olugboyega Alabi also charged the new appointees to generate and come up with ideas to propel the State for the benefit of the people who reposed trust in his government.
In his response on behalf of others, Secretary to the State Government Prince Wole Oyebamiji thanked the Governor for the opportunity given them to serve the State, promising that they were ready to commit their time, energy and resources to uplift the State.
