The wife of the Governor of the State of Osun Mrs Kafayat Oyetola has again reaffirmed the commitment of Governor Gboyega Oyetola's administration to give the youths in the state a sense of belonging in the scheme of things by making them self reliance through various empowerment Programme and skills acquisition especially on information and communication technology ICT.
According to Mrs Oyetola, the present administration of Mr Oyetola is committed to earnest and utilise the full potentials of the state in terms of the resources which the state is endowed with to develop the people especially the youths who are the future leaders.
The wife of the Governor Mrs Kafayat Oyetola reaffirmed the commitment in her office in Osogbo the state capital while receiving in audience, members of Ileri Oluwa Social Media Team, an online supporting media team of Governor Gboyega Oyetola's administration.
Mrs Oyetola appreciated the online media team for the trust and belief in Governor Oyetola's leadership and for always standing by the truth and for supporting the efforts to take the state to the next level.
She recalled the efforts of the team since the conception of Ileri Oluwa next level agenda to the level of actualisation of the dream and fulfilment of the good desire for the people of the state.
"I commend you for being a well mannered youths and for your good foresightedness and accurate work done." Mrs Oyetola added.
Mrs Oyetola said part of the agenda of the present administration of her husband is to develop the state potentials such as tourism and mining to boost the economy of the state in the interest and benefit of the teeming youths.
The team leader and coordinator Ileri Oluwa Social Media Team Mr Popoola Muyideen popularly called 'Utility' and the team spokesperson Mr Idowu Samuel expressed the commitment of the online media team to always promote the activities of people's oriented Government.
According to them, the group is not partisan but an advocate of truth and good Governance.
"The team is a voluntary team with over seventy-two members across the state. We like to be doing something that we know how to do most which is spreading the good work of government, something that we trust and believe in, both in digital and analog", he said.
In attendance with the first lady were the wife of the state Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Mrs. Famodun and Alhaja Sekinat Oyebanji, the wife of the former commissioner for finance and others.
