Governor Oyetola visits Alaafin of Oyo

The Governor of the State of Osun,  Mr. Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola today Sunday 9th of December, 2018 paid a thank you visit to the Imperial majesty, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alafin of Oyo for...his presence at his swearing in and inauguration... at his sworn in and transition programme of the State.

 Other top political and traditional leaders who were on the entourage of the Governor are former Commissioner for Special Duties in the State, Hon Oguntola Mudasiru Toogun,
Dayo Babaranti, Alhaji Sule Aderemi, Hon Bayo Adeleke (Banik), and the Ekerin of Ikirun-land, Alhaji Moshood popularly known as (Mosadek).

*Osun Dep Gov. Receives PDP Youths Leader and followers into APC in Ikire. A former youth leader in the main opposition party, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Irewole local Government area of Osun state, Hon Kamarudeen Agbara and hundreds of his followers on Saturday defected to the rulling party All Progressives Congress (APC) in ward 6 Iyana egba Ikire in Irewole local government area. The former PDP Youths Leader who was in the fold of the   defunct Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Action Congress (AC) before joining the opposition (PDP) with his followers were on Saturday received back into the APC during a meeting of the Party members in ward 6, Ikire.
